Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. We must stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all De Roemer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without all their labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.


    • Contact us via e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receiving your order; we will issue you with a Returns Number.
    • You will receive a call or an email to confirm that your return has been received and processed.
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted items to us.
    • It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.
    • The goods are your responsibility until they reach us at De Roemer. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
    • We can only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.


    • The refund includes the full value of the items returned, including UK sales taxes, but excluding shipping costs.
